Problems after surgery
We are an implant surgery center, not an urgent care office. We see our own patients first when something is wrong after treatment. If you aren't our patient and have a toothache, call your own dentist.
- Swelling that spreads to your face, eye or neck, trouble breathing or swallowing, a serious blow to the head, or bleeding that won't stop needs emergency care now. Go to an emergency room or call 911. If a tooth is knocked out or broken, call our office right away.
What counts, and what to do first
For a problem that isn't life-threatening, call us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can see you that day.

Step 1: A loose or broken temporary set
Keep it in a clean container and call us. Don't try to glue it back.
- 02
Step 2: Pain that is getting worse after the third day
Call us. Take only what the surgeon told you to take.
- 03
Step 3: Bleeding that keeps seeping
Press a clean, damp gauze on the spot for twenty minutes, sitting up. If it keeps going, call us. If it won't stop, go to an emergency room.
- 04
Step 4: Swelling that is growing, or a fever
Call us the same day. If swelling spreads to your face, eye or neck, or you have trouble breathing or swallowing, call 911.

Questions about problems
Are you open after hours?
Our hours are on the contact page. The owner enters any after-hours phone and who answers it.
Do I need to be a patient?
Our first call is to our own patients. If you aren't one, we'll tell you who to call.
