Consultation, scan and written plan
The first visit is a conversation and a scan. The plan comes a visit later, in writing, with its fees.
You tell us what is wrong and what you want. We take a 3D scan and photographs. Then the surgeons and the prosthodontist meet over your scan, and you come back to hear the plan and take a copy home.
In brief

Nothing is decided that day

What happens
Two visits before any surgery.
- 01
Step 1: Consultation
A talk with a surgeon or Dr. Dockery, and a 3D scan.
- 02
Step 2: Case review
The three clinicians look at the scan together.
- 03
Step 3: Plan visit
You hear the options and the plan in writing, with each step's fee.
- 04
Step 4: Your decision
You take the plan home. Surgery is booked only when you say yes.
Comfort, alternatives, risks and fees
What to expect, said plainly.
Comfort
The scan is quick and doesn't hurt. Tell us if lying back is hard for you and we'll adjust.
Alternatives and waiting
You can stop after the consultation, get a second opinion or keep what you have. We give you your scan on request.
Risks and after-care
A 3D scan uses a small dose of radiation, and we scan only as the plan needs. We explain it before we start.
How it is billed
You get the fee for each step in writing before it starts, and a written estimate if you pay without insurance. No price is quoted over the phone or by message.
